Over the period of time working as a designer, we’ve witnessed ever changing role of ours. skillsets, tools come and go, and we’ve adapted to all those changes. when I look back after 12 years working as a designer. I’ve observed that great designers survive not because they knew all the tools, or learned all the skills. but they embodied certain mindsets that helped them stick together and grow as a designer.
